Pex Hill is an unusual stunted oak woodland surrounded by heathland, with excellent views of the Mersey Estuary and the mountains of North Wales. It also incorporates a disused quarry and an astronomical observatory. Includes a general walk through woodland and also an unused quarry. One small car park located at the observatory at the top of Pex hill. Space for around 15 cars.
